Firstly, welcome to my blog. This is my very first blog so please be patient as I try to understand the workings of this fascinating world. I have been inspired by two people to create this blog. Firstly, my husband, who has recently purchased an Olympus E500 camera for me and secondly, my best friend Wendy, who has her own blog which is full of amazing recipes, funny tales and great photos.

My master plan is to enrol in a photography course in the new year and learn how to use my new camera and share my experiences and photos with anyone who wants to join me on this journey.
